Exchanges: In the United States it’s $39.95 for an exchange or $24.95 if you have the lifetime warranty,

In Canada, it is $39.95 or $29.95 if you have the lifetime warranty. 

The Life-Time Warranty includes one free exchange. (Customer responsible to send the ring back for return or exchange).

Returns: Shipping and handling of $18.95 are non-refundable on returns.
